Talius Reaches Significant Operational Milestone Amid Aged Care Technology Growth

Talius Group Limited has reached a significant operational milestone, reporting continued growth as aged care providers increase their focus on connected care technology, compliance, and operational efficiency.

According to The Weekly Source, the ASX-listed aged care technology provider recorded 12.7% year-on-year growth in annual recurring revenue for the year ending 31 December 2025, reaching $3.3 million. Total operating revenue was reported at $7.66 million, while active subscriptions grew 20% to more than 51,150.

The company also made notable progress toward profitability, reducing its net loss after tax by 55% to $1.46 million. Importantly, Talius achieved positive operating cash flow in both the final quarter of 2025 and the first quarter of 2026, which the company described as a clear validation of its business direction.

This progress comes at a time when the aged care sector is navigating major reform. Talius pointed to the new Aged Care Act and the Australian Government’s $5.6 billion aged care reform package as creating strong tailwinds for the adoption of technology platforms that support care delivery, safety, and compliance.

The company also continued to expand its market presence, signing an agreement with Adventist Retirement Plus for an initial rollout across two Queensland retirement villages, with a total contract value of $565,000. Talius has also expanded its systems with major providers including Uniting Care, Keyton, and Bolton Clarke.

Another key development was the appointment of Pat Howard as Managing Director and CEO, effective February 2026. His appointment marks a new chapter for the business as it continues to scale within Australia’s aged care and retirement living sectors.

Overall, the milestone highlights Talius’ growing role in supporting aged care providers as they modernise operations, improve resident safety, and prepare for a more technology-enabled future.
