Before joining Talius, Michelis built an impressive career in both healthcare and communications, including more than 15 years with Multitone Electronics, a UK-based critical communications company, where she served as Regional Channel Manager for Asia Pacific. She also gained valuable experience in the railway sector, navigating operational and regulatory complexities—skills that align well with Talius’ innovation-driven healthcare platform.
In her new role, Michelis will lead Talius’ commercial strategy, partner engagement, and growth initiatives across the UK and Europe. Her appointment signals the company’s strong intention to scale internationally and deepen market penetration in regions with growing demand for advanced aged care and healthcare technology.
Talius already operates in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, and recent performance highlights the momentum behind this expansion.
